This is the worse CVS in all Staten Island. They should close it down and put something else.

Worst CVS ever. Cashiers take too long, or no one at registers. Instead of getting customers out they stand around conversating. Pharmacy department is the same. Drive up window when an employee feels like it they open the window to help after 5 minutes of waiting to be attended. I dont know where management or supervisors are to deal with these situations but they are not doing their jobs correctly at all.

This pharmacy is very hard working, and kind and patient to their customers. They are always very busy and under a lot of stress, trying their best to accommodate the work load, including phone calls making prescriptions, drive thru and customer service. Jv and Dominic really bring a sense of friendliness to the environment watching them help patients and instruct the other staff to be more efficient and accommodating. Give them more hours, so that they can take a breath! I would 10/10 recommend to my friends and family to use this location!

Very bad customer service in this pharmacy. Never give our prescription on time. Yesterday was my last day since I started many years ago. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

I don't know what has happened with this CVS. Lately its been terrible. The pharmacist tells you your medicine will be ready in 1 hour and then you go to pick up and they tell you they don't have it available. I needed my medication before going on vacation and they had me wasting so much time. Mind you, I was so sick and could not be coming back and forth. Terrible service. I’m going to change my pharmacy because everything is so slow... to buy something there's always a long line. Cashiers take forever. I could never just go in and out.

Shout out to Rahnia (pharmacy) for expediting an RX. Rather than making us wait over the weekend and filling in the RX within 10 minutes. It’s the little things.

I walked in and saw a sign at the pharmacy that said they were accepting walk-ins for all vaccines, including flu and covid-19. So I asked to get both vaccines. They said no, I needed to make an appointment and come back. I reminded them what the sign said as I walked away. I'm never doing business here again. I can't stand B.S!!!

The worst... pharmacy needs a co pay for everything even when you don't have a co pay, ripping people off because I had my prescriptions transferred and voila no co pay even the medication they said I had to pay out of pocket for was magically covered by my insurance. Customer service is horrendous at the pharmacy nasty attitudes and people who seem to be bothered.

I had very bad experience at pharmacy her name is Javi had a terrible service. She was very rude and unprofessional speaking. She doesn’t know how to speak with customers I was there to pick up my child medicines. I’m going to change my pharmacy because her bad attitude. If she has problems she has leave those problem at home.
