Trying to speak to the pharmacy and now the only option is to leave a voicemail even during the hours of operation. Basically no way to speak to someone unless you physically go there.

This is by far the best CVS I have ever been. The pharmacy staff including Brenda Cheung and Suzana the pharmicists and Lori and her staff are very efficient and caring.
The manager runs a wonderful well-stocked store with a helpful staff. The store is very clean with ample parking. I highly recommend this CVS.

Great store to pick up my prescriptions and some household items.
Appreciate using my CVS APP to use my coupons to save money. The employees are always helpful and cordial.

CVS staff Robert needs to work on his communication skills. He was rude and inconsiderate in the sense that he screamed out, “JESUS,” when I dropped off a package. As I was giving him my contact number for the text receipt, he blurts out, “HOLD ON A SECOND,” which is something you don’t say to a customer, because that’s not professional. I reported this to manager Rehina, but she sounded a bit moody when I asked her if they have any training on customer service skills? She was unapologetic, but instead her tone was dismissive and uttered, “AGAIN, I will speak to him ok?”
Now, this manager needs to be reported to her manager and it goes up the chain like a corn on a cob. It seems like the Apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree. This is a sign of a toxic environment when they don’t know how to treat customers well. Not coming back here again.

I absolutely love their pharmacy department. I have been coming her for a long time and never had any issues with getting my prescriptions filled out. Their pharmacy manager Jessica and her staff always go out of the way to serve their customers in an efficient way and they are super friendly and knowledgeable. Jessica always takes her time to explain details about the medications you are prescribed . On a few occasions when my Dr was changing my meds . she noticed that I am prescribed medications for the same condition and made sure that I am aware to discontinue earlier prescribed medication. Also , they are great with their communication and constantly make you aware of the status of your order. Overall top notch service, highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Great store, they always have what I'm looking for & I also use the pharmacy here as well The pharmacy staff has gotten much better in the last year and I'm very happy with them and the entire pharmacy staff, Jessica, the pharmacy manager is absolutely wonderful and always so helpful and patient. I just want to personally thank the Pharmacist Dr. Malek and the pharmacy tech named Lisa for taking the time with my children who were getting the Flu vaccine shot. They went above and beyond and were extremely patient with my daughter who was scared and kept trying to run away. Thank you both for making sure my kids stay safe through the holidays!

Brought my younger sister for Covid Vaccine here , Staff was very sweet and friendly. They even offered a bottle of water to her after the shot .Felt welcomed , I recommend everyone to get their vaccination here.
