The Casher told me I had to show photo I.D for over the counter mucnix. Since when do you have to show I.D for over the counter cold medication. That was unnecessary and they won't get my money cause they just making up rules

Pleasantly surprised the vitamins I bought were buy one, get one free. This was unfortunately not advertised in the aisle. Overall, I usually have a satisfactory experience at CVS as the coupons make a difference. The cashiers at the Hylan Plaza store are always polite. The pharmacy staff is helpful as well.

This CVS location is overall okay, not the best location that I've been to. The service is generally lacking and disappointing as I waste a lot of time waiting for an associate.

This is one of THE worst pharmacies on the island. Had me waiting an hour and a half just to leave out one of my prescriptions. Also neglected to tell me they were out of a medication. “They just didnt fill it”

The head pharmacist at the 2690 Hylan Blvd store is dumb as a rock. I came in with a problem about a refill and she tells me she needs to order it. I waited and waited and came in and she tells me "oh, we can't get it anymore" - So why the hell did you tell me you could order it? You put my life in danger when I could have got the meds from another pharmacy. No apology or anything. If you ever get a prescription sent to this pharmacy, run!! This woman is BRAINDEAD.

Pharmacy is a farce.The rest of the store is slightly better.Prices are high,except for the occasional sale after a holiday.Good luck waiting for a locked up item,due to shoplifters.As with many chain stores ,if you need an item ,and have checked other places without success,then you'd give it a try.

Just stopped by to pick up meds. The drive thru is closed for unknown reasons. So fu€k you if you're handicap or just in pain (like I currently am). You have to go inside or go back tomorrow and hope it's open. Thanks cvs

Drive-through. There was a redheaded young female, working at the drive-through, and she asked me some simple information. I politely told her, I have a prescription ready. She said there's none here for you. so, knowing I had a prescription, I showed her my phone that a prescription was waiting for me and I had a confirmation # as well. Looking at me With a confused look, She told me to wait and then she disappeared, for about 5 min or so. Finally, she got back and asked me, "give me date of birth again". I gave it to her again in a clear and recognizable language, without yelling or being rude. Long story short, she had it wrong, (my name and date of birth) instead of apologizing, or saying sorry or anything, she just handed me the bag after. Not a thank you, no sorry, no nothing. This young lady needs to learn a bit of a "customer service" does she know what she does for a living? She deals with $ customers on a daily basis, Somebody should teach her some manners. Despite all of that, I told her thank you, and have a nice day. Hoping she would catch on to being friendly and smiling, She just close the window. PR should address this, or at least the DM.

The most stupidest thing when the WHOLE pharmacy closes for a half and hour. So many useless employees that apparently have to take lunch at the same time. The worst time management I have ever seen.

Pharmacy is ran by the rudest most unhelpful people. Zero customer service skills. Short tempered, the pharmacist cut me off mid sentence multiple times- didn't want to listen or provide any assistance in helping me solve a problem. Just said back order. Wouldn't say anything about the dosage in stock. And hung up the phone on me.
