Very disappointed this time around. I placed an order via whats app on June 24 on “clearance”. I was never notified that this order would take 6 weeks as I had an event for August 10 that I purchased the dress for. After countless messages to the owner via text messages and instagram as to when the dress would actually ship I still don’t have it receiving the dress tomorrow Aug 15, 5 days after my event!!! At the 4 week mark I asked for a full refund which wasn’t granted. Owner said she could do 50% since dress was in production. She wanted to give me 50% and still sell the dress in her store for full price. Once talking to whoever they work with overseas she promised I’d receive it by my event August 10 which I did not. Horrible customer service. Was NEVER initially informed of how long the dress would actually take. I would never order it otherwise. It took even longer than the 6 weeks. Not the way you do business, customers obviously don’t come first to this business. I probably should’ve read the prior few reviews before placing this order. Funny how they have a few good reviews on the same day. Shady !!!!
In response to what the owner put up. Pls see pics attached. They knew my event date. 6-8 weeks was never stated either. Stop lying.

I am extremely disappointed by the service this time around. I ordered a few dresses for my daughter’s birthday photoshoot 45 days back, and have made full payment. Despite, requesting the designers team multiple times, there is no update on my order. I am constantly trying to follow up on the delivery but no one from her team is responding. This is extremely unprofessional and heartbreaking for me because my daughter’s birthday is in 15 days and planned an entire shoot for her with keeping Christiane’s dresses in mind. I hope someone takes notice of this post, and takes some swift action.

I had a terrible experience at couture by Christiane for my son’s communion suit and accessories. Upon picking up after the final fitting, I got home to realize the shirt and tie were not packaged with the suit (If I hadn’t checked and waited until the morning of his communion what would I have done then?). I also pulled out the shoes I had ordered and realized they were used and worn with a stain and scuff marks. When I brought all this to the owners attention she told me they usually give the shirt and tie at the first fitting as if I were supposed to know this. In regards to the shoes, she told me I could pick a different pair or keep the ones I had. I basically had to drag an apology out of her after I pointed out the poor customer service. And I was never offered a discount for them trying to sell me something used at full price! For these prices this kind of treatment is unacceptable! I never write reviews but beware, you’re paying boutique prices for thrift shop treatment.
