If I could click no stars, I would have. I scheduled an appointment at the Costco Tire Center for a tire rotation, balancing, and nitrogen air inflation. Despite the appointment, my tires were not rotated, and when I picked up my car, all four tires were at 20 PSI—well below safe levels and completely unacceptable. This demonstrates a serious lack of quality control and attention to customer safety. I chose Costco expecting reliable service, but this experience was careless and unprofessional. Customers deserve accuracy and thoroughness, especially for basic tire maintenance.

There’s some good people and there’s some bad people for example Jose is very nice and he helped me out a lot but I’ve witnessed myself and what these reviews say that the people there are rude is true. I’ve seen Anthony disregard another customer who just wanted to ask a quick question he then proceeded to chat to the other customers and called the customer rude. They need to have a dedicated person on the phone because I witness it. They never answer it. They never will answer so don’t even bother calling. Do better Costco. You need to hire new staff and get a dedicated person on the phone. You can’t have the people doing tires and going back-and-forth. No one does anything.

The Mexican guy named megale on the front desk is v disrespectful, he fight and yell for no reason .This is my last time I bought tires from here . Never go back there again. Not recommend any one to go there ,spend money and get insulted for no reason.

the worst place to fix a tire, the worst treatment, they treat all customers with disrespect and rudeness, they even shout in the face of the customers, and after waiting for more than two hours and after I paid the bill, they told me I do not know how to fix it and they did not give me back my money,
The staff? They look at you with HATE and act like you’re bothering them just by showing up. They kept me waiting TWO HOURS to fix the tire with no good reason, and after waiting for TWO Hours they told we can’t fix it . Completely unprofessional, rude, and SCAMMERS! Costco seriously needs to investigate this Tire Center in Staten Island. It’s a JOKE and a disgrace to the Costco name.

This is by far the WORST service I’ve ever experienced! I brought in a tire that was losing pressure — it was under WARRANTY — and they still made me pay for a brand new one! No clear explanation, just lies and manipulation.
Then, a month later I go back for a tire rotation, and the manager arrogantly tells me I need to have driven 27,000 miles for them to even rotate the tires. Are you kidding me?! Nobody told me that when I bought them — they only come up with these excuses when something goes wrong.

Great experience overall. Left the car on the parking lot, gave them the keys and two hours later my car was ready. Will return with my other car.

1. I was not informed that I had to buy 4 tires when I purchased the tires. But when the appointment time arrived, I was forced to buy 4 tires before I could change them (I originally only bought 2). 2. The attitude was very bad. It was my first time to buy and change tires. I didn't know the process, so I wanted to ask, but the staff talked to me in an attitude that was almost abusive. 3. They told me the appointment time, but when I arrived at the appointment time, they told me that there was no appointment and asked me to wait for the appointment time in 3 hours. PS. This is the worst maintenance service I have encountered in my nearly 20 years of driving career.

Service is bad. 9/10 they are rude.. you buy brand new tires and you get the “warranty “ for them to tell you that it’s not covered because it’s not regular ware and tear. whose to say it’s not . DONT BUY TIRES FROM THEM. Go to Walmart get tires and then go to the tire shop and have them put them on. It’s so not worth it. Almost 900+ on 4 tires for them to not warranty them.

Made an appointment online, they got me in and out quickly
