Technicians are Very nice. The pharmacists are also very nice and professional. I get my shots there flu and booster. Doesn't hurt and is private. I get all my prescriptions there now for the last 2 years. They are very helpful if you have a gold RX or no other way to pay for prescriptions.

I was in the area and grabbed a pepperoni slice. Staten Island is known for delicious pizza but time was limited. It was hot and delicious. The store's seafood department had plenty of fresh snapper and bronzino. Yum!

It’s a great store they have great prices and always trying something new!! Just one thing Costco if you can make more space towards the the exit of customers leaving your store would be nice. Otherwise great job that includes the employees too some could be friendly which is what people like !!!

Usually waste of my time. Takes them over 30 minutes to refill prescription. Staff if not helpful. The only reason I come here are their prices.

We love to shop at the Costco but not at this location since the parking is super bad on the weekends.
Their service was reluctant and really slow. If you need a special pick up for certain higher price items. It took them forever to help you get what you purchase.
There was a good thing that the products were more organized, clean and fresh compared to other locations.

prices and service are really good .The only problem I have with Costco is the Hours of operation . They open at 10am way after I am working and close at 7pm just about when I get home from work . So next best thing would be to go on the weekends . Only problem is I work on Saturday and they close at 6pm . So Sunday seems like a good time to pick up my prescription ! wow not open on Sundays even though the store is, what a inconvenience.

We always enjoy finishing our shopping trip to Costco with a stop at the food court. The food is well prepared and tasty. Service is always friendly despite the long lines. The e-order kiosks have really shortened the wait time. Of course, the high quality, low priced food is what really makes the food court terrific.

I spent part of my day in Staten Island. This is a wonderful location with great customer service. I would definitely return when visiting family in the neighborhood.
