Went in today with my husband for the first time to wash clothes at clean rite laundromat and had a wonderful, kind , very helpful employee by the name of STAR . She helped us and guide us through the process patiently & respectfully. We will definitely go there again!

This is the best Clean Rite I have been too and I only give this place 5-star is because of the service I received there. A laundry mat is a laundry mat, but because of the service that I received by Starr (hope I spelled her name right) it put this place over the top.1. As soon as I walked in she greeted my daughter and I with great energy.2. She was so informative. She suggested the best washers to use, which was so helpful. She suggested which bag we should buy (duffle bag is awesome and worth the money).If you want great service with genuine, honest help - go when she is there.

I went to clean rite laundromat I thought it was going to be simple to wash two blankets nope I was using the wrong machine and wasting money and time. I meet Star who works in the laundromat she gave me a lesson about how the machine works and how I was wasting my money. She gave me free detergent and told me which machine to use and why. I recommend this place. But go when Star is there she is the best

I had a very pleasant and quick experience in this laundromat. Star was helpful and efficient despite being under the weather. U r the star!!!!! My laundry came out super clean ,thanks to star's skillful guidance. Definitely will b coming back.

This location needs new Washing Machine speed Queen and a new ESD payment center to keep me here or to even go back. I changed locations to a more All new upgrades in Port Richmond Ave and Hatfield Pl The Laundry Service Superstore wash and Fold service available.

I was entirely upset about the hike in the prices of the washers but at least they gave a dope staff member. She did her name was Star. Not sure if that’s her real name lol but she is like the best friend you never knew you had. First off, before she kindly assisted me (I put my last bit of money in the wrong dryer but she fixed it), I was watching her interact with the customers. She has a bubbly personality and she stays busy, Multitasking. I noticed the laundromat is very clean too. Better than those lazy young ones chatting on the phone all night. Thanks Star. Because of you, I’ll be back. With more money and more alert next time lol

Starr is a real MVP. Great customer service. A real asset to your store.Update: Starr leaves, and the place goes to hell. The employees are rude. They don’t follow any special request, and the folding is trash.
