Horrific experience.Giselle Ortiz treated both my father and myself horribly. Disregarded us waiting over 40 min, when asked why she rolled her eyes and said do you have an appointment, we're busy. Mortified how she deals with the public!

Sitting down waiting for bank official for 35 minutes at Citi bank on Bay ST on Staten Island being ignored while someone just walks into cubicle and gets helped then lady goes to lunch

The staff was very friendly and attentive here. The service was a little slow but the bank was busy. Regardless I waited a very long time to be helped.

So tired of banking with Citibank and I just came from this branch to close my account and I had the worst experience from Tiffany Estrada. I read the reviews of people complaining about this “spanish fairly large woman” and it’s the same person I had. She has no good customer service whatsoever and gave me a lot of attitude for no reason. They need to re - evaluate her position

This location completely horrible and always busy due to long line of customers age 50's-60's making credit card/other payments, deposit checks and replacing temp debit card, it took 15-20min to cashier window i was completely not suprise for wasting half hours.

The woman at the first teller the huge light skin one the ms piggy looking Spanish onr was very unprofessional rude and incompetent she needs to stop eating seriously instead of having a attitude for no reason she didn't want to do any work at 3:45 so she lied and said she couldn't verify my check I called the company who sent it and it turns out that she was busting my chops #stop stuffing your face and get on a damn diet ms piggy the bank security guard don't want you #have a nice day
