The worst bank I've ever dealt with. Slow and incompetent. Everything any employee says contradicts what another said. If you ever bring this up they get mad. I've been trying to close an account for months. I've been sent all over the bank and always told that I need to come back later. I would give it a 0 if I could.

Can't do anything without an appointment. Can't make an appointment because they never answer the phone. If you do actually manage to make an appointment, they're still somehow to busy to see you. I've been trying to close an account for almost four months. That is a THIRD OF A YEAR to do something that's taken me minutes at any other bank.

I have a Citi Bank credit card. I tried to change the due date to match all my other credit cards. They refused my request however, all other banks have accepted my request. Also, I made my payment early. They posted that I had a late payment on Experian. I tried to solve it with the bank. Because I never missed a payment in my life. But they have the worst customer service ever. They don't try to help.

If I could give this bank branch zero stars I would!!! Terrible customer service. I went in to withdraw $40 using my ID instead of my debit card. After waiting 15 minutes to get to the teller, I was greeted by a teller that asked me several times what I needed to get done. She was clearly new and no one assisted her in service, she took my info and remained seated looking at the screen for 10 minutes. After I repeatedly asked if there was something wrong with my account, another teller assured me that everything was in order. 5 more minutes went by without any interaction, at that point, I requested assistance since it was clear that the teller was struggling to provide me with any information. Her supervisor stepped in without apologizing or even acknowledging me. I requested to close my account on the screen since I had to intend to wait any longer. He asked me if I would like to close my bank account as well. I ended up leaving without the cash I needed. A simple transaction that cost me 30 minutes of my time. I wish that I could take all my funds and leave Citi bank. I hope that all the 10 people who waited behind me received better service and that this review will make a difference.

Terribly managed location. I came in on a Saturday morning, there was ONE teller and 11 people waiting on line. The manager did not step in to help the teller, she sat by the desk and helped a different customer. While I understand this customer must have pressing needs, I feel her responsibility should have been to delegate and ensure customers were helped.

I been trying to get a human being on the phone for 5 hours!!!! All I want to know is, if a particular staff member is working today (Mario, greatest guy on earth) to assist me opening up a corporate line of credit. They Literally Hang Up On Me... I can't even ask if anyone from business services is available. One small question... 5 hours of calling to be hung up on since everytime I drive there I can't get help. Last time I was there, was a nightmare. I've had it up to here with this company. Gonna do like everyone else I know, close out all my citi accounts & go to chase. Very disappointed.

This bank is terrible. My parents have come here twice to create an account. One time the system was down next time they arrived they mentioned they need an appointment! Why were they not told the first time? They continue to waste their time coming to this location and they are elderly. They are beyond frustrated. This location needs to do better. And why are appointment even still necessary at this time?! Ridiculous And the drive through has not been fixed, people continue to damage their cars on the curb

Figured I’d try this location as the experience in the Amboy Branch is always a painful one. Unfortunately there wasn’t much of a difference between the two…long wait for tellers and lousy customer service.
