Don’t waste your money.
Received a chocolate and fruit tray from a friend, can’t tell you how it tasted because I never got to taste it. Had to throw it away because the delivery person sat it on a wall instead of walking up 4 steps and ringing doorbell. The temp was in the 70’s
And the sun was out didn’t know it was there for at least 2 hrs before a neighbor called me to inform me it was there, called them and was told we never had a complaint and they were sorry.
For what they charge they should instruct Thier drivers to ring doorbell.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE CALLED. I went/order from here three times (because I wanted to give them another chance and because the duration between each time was so long that I thought they might have changed their ways). The first time the customer service was awful, the lady named Juana was so rude and was being passive aggressive for no reason. The store was also terrible, messy, and unsanitary. Just by looking and observing the front of the store you can just tell the back is even worst. I'm surprised this place is even allowed to open and operating. The second time I had a nice young lady serve me at the register and (I'm assuming she's new because she didn't know how to use the computer screen thing) and she said she would get someone to help but she came back alone and nobody helped her even though I heard Juana in the back. The third time I ordered online (Ordered the gourmet drizzled chocolate covered strawberries) and when it was delivered the fruits were moldy, I'm talking about green and white fuzz moldy.

We had them do balloons and ice cream for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. So professional and easy to work with. Went out of their way to communicate and were on time and the balloons looked amazing. Will be using them for all our party needs.

I watched Juana drop a pineapple on the floor and put in back for dipping into chocolate I never once saw that in my life I have videos and pictures of all the health violations I will be posting my experience with this company not good people at all, they try to make it seem like they care for mental health community, lgbtq, black lives , it’s all I lie they say they donate stuff they don’t

I can’t say enough great things about Danielle and her team. They were so incredibly responsive and created exactly what we wanted for our theme. They checked in frequently leading up to the event and had reasonable and transparent pricing. Set up and pick up after the event went flawlessly. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone needing balloons!

I went in there about a week ago to ask about a balloon cluster. I was greeted by a very respectful young girl named Katie and she was trying her best to help me, however she must be new because she didn’t really know how to put it into the register. So she asked a woman named Juana to help her and Juana responded very nastily to this girl and said “your the manager figure it out” so she just stood there looking at me with embarrassment in her eyes because she didn’t know how to assist me further until she got the owner Danielle to help me. I’m very disappointed in this incident and will not be recommending this store to anyone if that is the way they treat employees.

I received a big beautiful “get well”basket full of rotten strawberries! Very disgusted and disappointed. Someone sent that to me out of love and that’s what you all put together…

I was so happy with the balloon garlands i ordered for my daughters baby shower. I was not sure how the backdrop and balloons would come together but Juana reassured me and she did an amazing job. Thank you Juana it was a beautiful display.

I placed am order through Edible Arrangements for my best friend who is sick with COVID. I gave my phone number and asked that the delivery driver call me when they were at her house so I could call her to mask up and open the door. She never received my order. I called EA at 8am the next day and was told they sent a message to the shop to redeliver first thing that day. I called EA again at noon and was told I would receive a call back when they spoke to “the provider,” which was the second time they reached out to Egger’s. I called again at 2pm, and was told that, according to the provider, the order went out with a driver at 1pm. I asked for contact information for Egger’a but was denied. I finally found the information for Egger’s when my order arrived later that evening (at 7pm, nearly 48 hours after I placed the order, paid the ridiculous shipping fees, taxes, etc. that came to nearly $70.) My order was so hot steam came out of the bag when my friend opened it. The chocolate was melted and the fruit was inedible. She had to throw the entire thing out. I will never order through EA again as they clearly contract out work to “providers” with as much care for their customers such as Egger’s. I’m actually appalled that Egger’s would send hot, ruined and melted food to a customer with their name attached. Do better.
