“I enjoy shopping here; the quality is good and the prices are reasonable. Recently, I purchased a coat that split at the seam a week later. When I went to exchange it, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager, I missed her name helped me find the coat in the same size and set me up with an individual, Mohammed, who was highly professional and helped me with the exchange.”

Walking in I was a little overwhelmed, and I guess it was obvious.
I was approached by a very knowledgeable employee I believe her name was nicole and also her co worker karen ,throughout the whole shopping experience they both made finding items very easy ,even explaining that if I mess up with sizes ,my sister can exchange or return as long as she had the receipt, lol I always throw it out so thanks.
Anyway I just wanted to show appreciation to those 2 employees ,if every time I shopped was that entertaining and helpful they both were.

“We love Carter's they always have the greatest deals for clearance items especially that babies grow so fast they also do free shipping home if you want to purchase something in store when they don't have the size you need. The only bad part is sometimes they close early without notice but the staff is very helpful and nice”

“JCPenney is a great company. All their department stores have their merchandise displayed well. In this location, the sales people throughout the 2 level store are helpful & pleasent. The ladies room needs to be kept cleaner & better stocked with toilet paper, soap & paper towels so we could properly wash & dry our hands, yet, it's better than no ladies room. But here's the thing that irritates me the most about that JCPenney, for reasons I do not know, the men's dressing room is closed & the men now use the woman's dressing room!!!!
OH HELL NO!!! This has been going on for a while now. I no longer try on any clothing in JCPenney. In today's world, that practice is just WRONG! So ladies, watch your back when using the dressing room. Otherwise, I still love JCPenney's in store & online merchandise & their prices. Stay safe everyone!!”

“We have been customers of Truly Blessed twice. Once for my son's communion last year and again for my daughter's this year. I am not so much a "boutique" person, but my experience with Joanie and the staff at Truly Blessed was a wonderful one. Joanie has an amazing selection from suits, dresses and accessories all within different budgets. I appreciate her honesty in opinions and make-you-feel-like-family customer service. Joanie is insightful and helps alleviate the stress of all that needs to be done for the big day.
