Went into bank to open an account and apply for a credit card. I was greeted by Miss Elizabeth Yousef and she promptly helped me with my request. Miss Yousef was very helpful, courteous and professional.

Door to ATM’s closed most of the time while off hours. It malfunctions and nobody took care of that problem for several months already. There is a huge line all the time to only 1 atm which is outside.

Find a different bank. Opened and closed an account within two weeks. No one cared. I was happy to open an account with a bank that is close to me and also big bank with potentials. Well, I was wrong. You can’t do anything with this bank without them blocking your account for no reasons. They keep saying “it’s for your security”. Well, that’s BS because they have no justification on why. If I direct deposit a check, they block you, if you transfer funds, they block you, you take money out, they block you. I can’t have an account that I have to keep calling their customer service every day for every transaction. Also, minimum wait to speak to someone is an hour. You will think a big bank will have big resources, nope. I was suppose to meet with a banker to upgrade my account, but due to the continues frustration, I decided to close it, the interesting part that the banker wouldn’t care less about my issues with the bank. Customer service truly suck. I will never ever consider that bank for any business. Took my business to capital one. Much better bank with great customer service. Chase don’t care about their clients. It’s all just front with big empty name.

Waiting 20 mins at drive thru. I understand the bank inside is long but the drive thru needs to be included in the line. Their process is to eliminate the inside line and then take care of the drive thru. If they are unable to integrate the drive thru line why keep it open. I rang the bell and was told we are dealing with the customers in the bank first. Then we will help you. Again why have a drive thru. Close it up and have everyone go into the bank.
