The ATM’s never work . It’s either they don’t give cash they don’t take cash deposits etc, also to have only 1 ATM outside and 1 in the lobby in such a busy shopping plaza is ridiculous.

Even a star that branch doesn't deserve!!!!!! very rude people. No respect at all. I went there to get a money order for my dad (he has an account with them), the money was with me in cash, they still refused to give me a money order!! the man there (Elden) has the audacity to insinuate that I am going to steal the money order!!! the level of stupidity is unbelievable! the money was already with me in cash! I came for the money order because my dad is 73 years old is sick and doesn’t see the importance to come himself to the bank for a money order!I went to USPS and got it in 1 minutes.The bank is supposed to make their clients life easier NOT difficult.Never again I am stepping in to that rude bank and NEVER in my life i will have an account with those disrespectful unprofessional people.

Branch in Eltingville has exceptional customer service and friendly knowledgeable reps. Had some issues after opening accounts and they were quickly resolved in 1 visit.

DO NOT USE the Drive-Through ATM at this branch. I used it for deposit last week (Oct 2023) and once it took my deposit, it popped out a receipt saying that "I have to call this 1800 number to verify that my deposit went through". I then quickly went inside to the branch regarding same, the teller told me that it happens "often" with that machine, and just told me to call the number on the receipt to verify. I called the 1800 number to report my incident. It has been a week & still not posted to my account yet. I called several times, problem still no resolved.

Put money to machine almost 6000$. Machine stoped to work, transaction was canceled and didn’t give my money back. Ask guys who work there to help me, everybody said that (I have to call and do everything by my self, nobody want to work there). Now I can’t pay my rent because of service is so bad. They said I have to wait 10 days…. I did big mistake to make business with them….

This bank sucks. They closed 2 chase banks on the island just to open 1 with only 1 working ATM at a time. The lines are always extremely long for the single working ATM, and the ATM is slower than a computer from 1995.

This is about Chase Bank not this location. I'm sick of having to go into branch to prove my identity because the idiots on the phone who aren't in the country will not give you a supervisor who is in the country. If you are too cheap to hire good help than why the hell am I trusting you with my business account. I'll be closing my account since you are too stupid to fix the problem.

Today after being told at Chase branch on New Dorp Ln that they are no longer offering notary services to clients, I came to this Chase branch on Hylan Plaza and Ruziye was able to help me with no issues even knowing I did not have an appointment. Actually that is not the first time I came to this new branch and was very satisfied with customer service. My appreciation to Ruziye and also to the branch manager for having a good team. Keep up the good Work. 05-04-2023.

Horrible service inside you wait forever only one teller. They moved from Hylan and Clove and service got worse. Drive through isn’t even at car level it’s like a walk up teller. Change your bank !
