Terrible parking lot the bank does absolutely nothing about people parking in the driving lanes handicapped parking is constantly taking up by non handicapped people cars parked outside the doors so you can’t turn in or make the turn in the lot….. seriously how is this not fixed

Extremely Disappointing Chase Bank Service located on 2845 Richmond Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314
I am utterly disappointed with the notary service at the Chase Bank branch. The staff's total carelessness and unprofessionalism have left me frustrated. Attempting to notarize my child's performer account documents for the second time proved futile.
The notary service is available only once a week from 9 to 11 am, making it extremely inconvenient. On both occasions, around 10 am, the notary was nowhere to be found, allegedly leaving early due to feeling sick. It's baffling that they're only available for two hours a week and still manage to be absent during that time.
This limited availability has forced me into a situation where I can only notarize my documents at Chase, and this restriction is absolutely insane. Opening an account with Chase should not result in such an impractical and frustrating experience. The lack of responsiveness to phone calls only adds to the overall dissatisfaction. Chase needs to address these issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.I’ll write a complaint to a headquarters as well.

I’m sad to write this review as it’s my local Chase. I go there frequently and honestly it’s only got worse.Not just bankers being unprofessional and unhelpful (by calling you 4 times to confirm appointment as if they wish you don’t come), but also late all the time to your APPOINTMENT! Last time, in May I waited 30 minutes for MY APPOINTMENT!And banker did not even make an effort to let me know he was being late by serving another client. Also their systems are “down” all the time, so nothing helpful comes out of coming into their branch. Other Chase locations have much better service and bankers who are well educated and know what they are doing. Manager at this location is always “off” and never addresses issues with clients. Finally, don’t recommend. Chase isn’t a bad bank, but this specific location needs good management and better client service.Update:Manager doesn’t know how to do an override in the system, claims to be a professional and fails to update my account. This chase branch is a joke.

Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of confirming all of the negative reviews about this chase location. I was just approved for a chase credit card so I went into this branch to open a savings account. Reluctantly, the woman in the first booth called me over to "help" me. She constantly repeated how she was going to help me as fast as possible before her appointment came in. Once she looked at my new account and saw there was an issue with my address she quickly told me there was nothing else that she can do for me. I tried to get more insight on what the issue was and she repeated, "there's nothing else I can do for you". I tried to hold back laughter because I couldn't believe this was the "help" I was getting. Logically speaking, if someone can't assist you then they would say I'm sorry I can't assist you at this time. Nevertheless, after she asked if someone else could assist me and a unanimous no came back, I went outside to my car and called customer service. Not only did they figure out the issue but they helped me open the account all within 10 minutes. Going to this branch is a waste of time unless you're in the mood for terrible service with a side of comedy.

Absolutely worst workers. My grandfather stood in line and stepped out to call my mom. The worker tried kicking him out of the line and told him off. If something like this happens again, I will report to the manager.

I am excited to say that Chase is definitely the best bank ever. I banked with Chase often and I have been satisfied but I recently lost my wallet and a fellow customer took it a Chase in Staten Island and they called to let me know. I am grateful they took the wallet and held it for me because that was extremely helpful. Thanks so much, Trinidad Otero for calling me to let me know.

I made an appointment with Paul June 2 to open an account. but since I am not a citizen he told me I need to bring a lot of paperwork to open an account( tax Id, passport and so on….) I visited another branch and a lady worker just helped me to download Chase app and open an account without this extra useless paperwork. What a shame Richmond branch!!!!! Respect your customers, and hire more professional stuff.

Took days to receive a call back from Anthony Kadziela. Once he finally got back to me he spoke in a very condescending tone, he should not be the guy handling “chase private client”. He disregarded telling me important information regarding fees and balances. Being in a customer facing role and speaking to anyone the way he spoke to me should not be allowed or tolerated…
