Really a big fan of their new location especially in conparision/relation to its old location.Yes, it is located on the same Street, Broad Street, in the Stapleton neighborhood of Staten Island, nearly a stones throw away from the former location. But, as to not get into too much detail about the old location, it has seen DRASTIC improvements are far privacy of the consumer, the overall vibes of the establishment, safety of the customer, convenience (as the placement of the windows is a little more efficient @ least looking), as well as just overall location. Standing in the former location, if you were looking out the windows you had a choice of, built but never finished Family Dollar across the street, the back of Newport Cab Stand, the fence separating the old location from newley established Associated Supermarket, and the corner bodega on the corner of Broad St & Cedar that is attached to Millers Pharmacy. The New Location is right smack dab in the middle of Broad St, and the view while looking out the window is WAY more lively as directly in front and across the street from the new location is 180 Broad St housing building, and 212 Broad St which is a NYCHA building. Its just more along the beaten path of the spirit of Stapleton where it is now, which is the former location of beloved Three Brothers Pizza, directly next store to U&I Deli (formerly Green Apple)

I cash my checks there all the time and everyone is very professional and respectful. They’re quite busy and Andrea always says “sorry for the wait”Or “thank you for your patience” and that means a lot considering how busy everyone is.It’s nice to know my time isn’t being taken for granted. Keep up the great work!!

Rachael and the team at CFSC are always fast and friendly when it comes time to do business. I’ve been coming here for a long time and I’ve never had any issues with any of them. If you’re looking for fast friendly service, I recommend CFSC.

I have visited this location many times, and in every time you have an associate name Robert that has always treated everyone with courteous professionalism and respect. As long as he is at this location, I will always conduct my financial business here.

Just got on a line with 5 people ahead of me at the Broad St. Store in Staten Island at 5:45 P.M.. there was only an Asian clerk handling customers while a lady in uniform with a purple scarf didn't attend to one customer. I finally got to the clerk at 6:22 P.M.. and the line was now almost out the door. She made it look like she was doing something but adjusting a pin on a calender and taking a 20 minute break in between doesn't cut it. Customer service should always be a priority. There was no customer Service from that lady. She was just collecting a paycheck for doing nothing. I had things to do and this put me behind by a half hour. April 5, 2017. Miguel Diaz.

Best time to come is when the neighborhood is sleeping. Slow service, long line. Only one line & there's usually only one window opened. Opened 24 hrs. Western union sometimes goes offline at any hour. Don't expect to look for change for the bus here either.

They are very understaffed at the peak hours and the busiest days. Very slow and show no sense of urgency
