I passed by this place very often as a bank and do my other shopping in the Plaza. I often see people smoking cigarettes out front..They sell untaxed cigarettes along with other illegal items

Sales staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable about store merchandise and all well versed in other vendors merchandise. They are almost always stocked with current trend devices and will refer you to another place if they don't carry a specific device. It's always a pleasure for me to walk into the store. They've had my particular device and interest 100 percent thus far.

I am from the UK but visit Staten Island regularly. I always come to Caviar as they have products not available to me at home. My favourites are the Juul-Compatible Loon Pods! Great value as you get 5 pods whereas with most other brands you only get 4. Great flavours too!

Big fan of their Juul compatible Pod options!!! If you're looking for good Juul compatible flavors go with Loon or Jones they come 5 in a pack and have a lot of good flavors with no leaks like Eons. Staff is super friendly, super helpful, & very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!
