Ask about insurance / consider it when they offer it. It's part of their job to tell you about it & can be very beneficial for the renter. Got into a small accident & thank God we had the insurance to cover any damages on the car. Definitely worth the small daily fee. You don't go out there expecting to get into an accident, but unfortunately, they happen.”

“I’ve rented from this location 3 separate times. Brad helped me with this most recent rental and was excellent. Everything was clearly explained and outlined. I dread the long process usually associated with renting though this time I was in my vehicle in less than 15 minutes. I’ve witnessed customers having difficulty at this location in the past and really have to say it seemed to be due to a horrible attitude by the customer and never the agents. It may be a little more expensive but I never get jerked around as common at many rental agencies. Great job guys ?”
