10/10 the owner is very responsive and knows exactly what must be done in order to accomplish the goal of the client. Every morning I woke up to him and his team already multiple hours into work. Our backyard was not leveled, had poor foundations, molding, and had multiple layers of clay. This team got the job done within the price range we originally discussed and even took the time to teach me how to maintain it so we can reap the full benefits for years to come. I recommended his team to my aunt as well as my cousin. My aunt is ecstatic with the work done and my cousin is still under construction. Should be done any day now. Great work. I used Cambridge construction to renovate several rooms in an older property my family purchased. Not only did they give me the best price for the job, they we courteous, professional and quick. The workers were always at the house at the time they said they would be and answered any questions I had along the way. In the end they wound up exceeding my expectations. They made an old, out-dated house beautiful and new again. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Sam and your fantastic team!

This Google review is in response to MrFigCat since MY HOME is referenced in his review. Respectfully sir, you are not my neighbor, your son is. Secondly, the above mentioned contractor was not able to do his job since you physically laid on the floor preventing him from putting the fence back up. Your attempted attack on his business is a low-blow considering that it is not a reflection of his work, but instead, your displaced frustration with me. Since both parties (myself and my ACTUAL neighbors) are trying to move forward in the right direction and there is now an open line of communication, I will not comment further. Have a blessed day.

Within the past four years I contracted with Cambridge at my residence both inside and outside. . With regards to one particular outside work project that evidenced quality of their work , specifically my drive way I was impressed . In the past twenty years I replaced my drive way twice . The other “ Contractors “ placed pavers in weak cement mix that resulted in pavers loosening .. awful . Cambridge re built my drive way with pavers and a foundation that can support a M1 Abrams tank .. Two years of cars parked ZERO issues to date ! My patio was completely re constructed with a new in ground pool . After three years the patio is in excellent shape with zero issues too . This was the Third patio installed in twenty plus years! . The same applies for internal work plumbing, heating new tankless system etc . Cambridge explains the pro and con of any work , cost and options .. You decide no force of arm , or have your check book out ! One must think hard on who they contract w/ in any home / business construction , remodeling etc. I without hesitation based on extensive variety of work completed at my residence consider Cambridge an honest , quality contractor and great folks personally!!
