“Without question the best butcher on Staten Island. You definitely can taste the difference of pasture fed, organic meat. You can get any of your purchases prepared according to your needs. The staff always works to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy. For anyone who remembers “the local butcher shop”, this is your place. They also provide something you can’t buy and is so hard to find these days. Integrity in their business practices.”
“We ordered a filet mignon roast for the holidays and it was fantastic. It was trimmed beautifully and Mike wrapped it in bacon for us. We actually wound up with 2 roasts. All of our guests said it was the best steak they ever had. Will definitely be ordering again and the price was so reasonable. Can‘t wait to try their other meats.”
