The people who work here are friendly and helpful. I had a very nice time shopping and found all I was looking for. The staff was very knowledgeable, they gave me wonderful advice.

It is assumed that when you go to these stores it usually happens that you take time choosing what you are going to buy, therefore you need to use the bathroom and they do not let you use it with the excuse that it is only for employees, gentlemen, the costumers need to use it. The bathrooms are very bad because we are clients of this store until now, Hispanics, discriminating Hispanics, if someone stole from you, not all of us go in to steal, if you have a job, it is because costumers like us buy, therefore I do not recommend it.

Such a pathetic and worst service in the whole Staten Island. Such non responsive service.
They made me stay like 20 minutes just because I wanted to buy a ladies bag which was locked.
They were being very rude.
No management
No service
No one cares about the service
I and my today cancelled our membership just because of this.

They need to hire more people at the register! Specially weekends! You will never leave the store at how slow the register line is! You need to hire more people that move quicker too!!

Went there for Amazon locker box. The guy at the front door told me it was all the way down at the end of the men's department to the left. That was wrong, it was actually near the right of the registers.

I was in a store today. Got few things and went to check out. Waiting 10 minutes on like with 2 cashiers working line didn't move an inch. People were leaving from line and yet like 15 people before me and 10 after me. So I just left. Not going there again.

Don't sleep on Burlington, Nice name brand clothing, shoes, sneakers etc at half the original price.
