if you are unable to restore my jewelry back to the way it was, say so - don’t just do what you think is best without the customer’s approval. i do not understand how this is acceptable.don’t go here. john was so rude and dismissive. i tried to explain my disappointment with what his jeweler, leo, did to my deceased mother’s ring. he would not hear it - absolutely refused. now this piece of gold is useless because it was bent twice, and damaged with pock marks from pliers.he even had the nerve to say, “your mother was like this, too” - uh, do you mean that she expected communication if you are incapable of providing the service she expected of you?see before and after image below. it should have been a simple fix.hey john - if you’re not going to listen to me in person, i’m left with no choice but to put it in writing, and in a way you can’t ignore.the female associate was lovely, patient, and understanding, however. thank you for your kindness.

The process of buying the engagement ring was seamless. I moved from Staten Island to Virginia and I knew I had to come see John to purchase the ring. Prior to visiting the store I told John what I was looking for, and he had given me a few options to choose from during our first meeting. John is a great guy, we easily hit it off and I felt very comfortable trusting him. Great customer care and the ring turned out perfect.

John and the staff at Buono are the best! He helped me pick out my wife’s engagement ring, and it was perfect. I’ve come back to John for every piece of jewelry I’ve bought since then for any occasion. They are always so helpful when I don’t know exactly what to get. 5 stars from me and the best customer service anyone can hope for!

This jeweler came highly recommended. I can see why. John and his staff were extremely courteous and professional. I had some very valuable and sentimental pieces; in particular my grandmothers engagement ring. I picked up the ring a week later and could not have been happier.
