I had lost my phone. I went to the first store and they didn't have any SIM cards. I went to this store, my phone said to call Boost. I was on hols for a half hour and then I had to leave and come back. When I did, a different person helped me and got my phone activated.

The best Boost Mobile store ever. I came here to switch from Verizon. They gave me an iPhone 12 For a very good deal I was impressed and amazed. I love my phone and now I'm not getting overcharged from Verizon.

I have came into this location 3 times in total over the years and each time its been a bad experience. The employee working during each visit is somehow always unprofessional, not helpful, indifferent, staring down at their phone, and contradictory. They have absolutely no idea what they are talking about and try to push you to spend more money that you don't need to.Go to a different location, this one is terrible.

Junior was the tech/representative at my local store..I couldn’t have asked for a BETTER PERSON to help me.. He went above and beyond to remedy my problems…Thank you sooo much…PS: if anyone is looking for a cell phone i suggest go into Boost Mobile in the Shoprite strip mall on Richmond Ave. & Forest Ave.ASK FOR JUNIOR

I went to the store I was panicking that I would lose all my phone number and contact my phone had a cracked screen The gentleman grab me a chair and Got me a bottle of water I was so amazed The experience and energy and bought a new phones and he got all my contacts back very happy and excited all my pictures and apps

I Just got my New Phone and Plan here the other day. I was new to the store and place, and I had the Worker John S. Who helped me throughout the entire process. He was very Respectful, Kind, considerate, and as helpful as one can be. Came to store at 7:30PM, just to find out store is closed.Google maps shows hours of operation till 8pm. Even on the front door store hours are till 8pm.
