The staff at the bank are very nice and professional. However, the ATM’S and drive thru are out of service especially on the weekends. This is an inconvenience as this is the only BOA in this neighborhood. Please fix-this issue so that we can use the services on the weekends.

Ditto to all the 1-star reviews here. Horrible "customer service" with ZERO respect for wasting their customers' time standing in line with NO TELLERS at any of the windows because their ATMs aren't accepting deposits "because the guy forgot to come this morning." REALLY??? BofA got MILLIONS of OUR tax dollars from all the (undeserved) big bank bailouts since 2008, and instead of going to jail, their executives got bonuses, promotions, higher salaries, or golden parachutes. With NO strings/obligations to us taxpayers attached. So the LEAST they can do for us is HIRE A TELLER FOR EVERY WINDOW + EVERY DESK, and make sure their employees are paid decently and well-trained to DO THEIR JOBS. But after TWO wasted trips today with no apologies, I'm SHOPPING FOR A NEW BANK. I'd advise others to do the same.

I was given the worst customer service experience. The teller completely ignored me while I was standing there for a good 2 minutes and she was gossiping with her co-worker . I'll be heading back to Queens to do my banking.
