If I can give them a zero I would. This bank is the worst, they don't help their customer, they will see you waiting and won't even ask if you need help. In a few occasions I have been there alone no other customers however they still tell me that I need to make an appointment cause they are busy. What a joke! One time I did make the appointment and was there 10mins earlier and they still took people that didn't have appointment and came in after me just because she had a child with her. So why giving me an appointment if you take walk-ins. Its a shame that I have to drive 20mins to go to Forest Avenue, when this bank is only 2mins from my house. The minute you walk in at the Forest location they do their best to help you with or without appointment and that bank is always pack however they manage to help you out. Not the case in Richmond Avenue BOA, they have only but lazy women working there, they should close that location.

My first time at this location. As I entered the bank I was instantly helped by Ksenyia. She provided exceptional customer service and advised me on some investment options. Ksenyia was very personable, knowledgeable, and courteous.
