Had a regular clasp changed to a safety claw clasp it was a very small 14 karat gold clasp, he charged me $55 and when I got home I realized he did not return my old clasp that he removed . I went back the next day to have my daughter’s necklace fixed who is missing a clasp ironically and I said to the owner that he never returned the old clasp when he replaced with the new one. He said well I must’ve thrown it out. Sorry, clearly he kept it. Clearly he overcharged for the clasp and kept the old 14 k regular clasp I just never understood how this place is still in business all these years I’ll never go back that’s for sure, and I intend to tell my friends to not use this place either. Clearly the owner realizes his biz is failing and price gouges and steals from the remaining ones .

I'd like to give ZERO stars because they are terrible! I brought my $2000 Michele watch in for a battery replacement. When I picked it up Jeff informed me that the battery was fine and that there was probably something wrong with the stem as he was able to change the time and date, but it still wasn't running. I pointed out that the stem was certainly in all the way when I gave it to him - now it was sticking out slightly. Furthermore, and more concerning, was that I noticed he damaged the top of the diamond bezel. There is now a missing diamond as well as the metal around the diamond (see photo - looks like there's a hole at the top of the bezel). Jeff immediately became defensive, denied any responsibility and insisted I watch a video, to see that "he did not drop the watch or take a hammer to it". He also said he purposely video tapes repairs for "people like me" who accuse him of stealing diamonds. I most certainly did not think he "stole" a diamond chip. I did not accuse him of stealing. I know 100% that he damagaed my watch. The video shows absolutely NOTHING. It is taken so far away and when he zooms in, it's impossible to make out what he's working on...very blurry/bad quality. He most likely damaged the bezel when he removed the back of the watch to check the battery....probably with a tool he gripped it with. I don't think it was intentional. Jeff was quite rude and unprofessional, and denied any wrong doing! He should look at the video of my watch as I was holding it at the counter when I gave it to him, in perfect condition...oh wait, he can't because the video is just as horrible as he was! I will NEVER go there again and I strongly advise everyone to go elsewhere!!!

Dear customers,I dropped off my Tag Carrera on 7/15/23. I was told they were going to call me and that it was going to take a few days to diagnose because it’s an automatic watch-and the mechanism isn’t working. Nobody ever followed up with me I even tried calling the place they answered and told me to call back because he wasn’t in the shop. No professionalism whatsoever ! I went back after 12 days just for the Jim Carey looking old dude to tell me he tried calling me once on the “19th” and never called back !!! Extremely rude and unapologetic literally just handed me the watch told me the price to fix it and walked away showed absolutely no interest or respect. Cannot do business with someone that doesn’t value time !! Now I have to take it to Tag and get it officially repaired hopefully Bandstand didn’t tamper with it and knew what they were doing!!!! Stay away from these scums!

Got a battery that didn't last for more than 8 months. Watch batteries should work 3-5 years. Also, rude service.

Jeff at bandstand has always repaired my watches, changed batteries, etc. He does an excellent job. Recently I changed my band and accidentally selected a 'Long'. Jeff fixed my mistake, no questions asked and promptly switched it to a new one. Great business to work with.

Need your watch fixed? “Send it back to where you bought it from” is the answer you’ll get from this place. They were rude, arrogant, and it seemed like I was a bother when I walked in. Extremely uninformed about watches and after a 30 second conversation, I wouldn’t let them change a battery in a $10 Casio.
