I’ve been coming here for years to have my cars washed and detailed. The staff, old and new, have always been friendly and thorough. Never had to wait long. Prices are absolutely fair and my car comes out looking great every time.

This is the worst car wash I have ever seen in NYC. I paid $19 for the exterior and tire cleaning. But they don't clean the tires, they say you have to pay, this is idiocy, he started swearing at me that he has to pay. And even after he saw that he had paid, they didn't even apologize. This is terrible.

I don't leave reviews often but this one was really a waste of money and I felt like I had to say something. Honestly I paid to have interior, exterior, floor mats, and seat shampooed and they definitely didn't clean the mats, it barely looked like it was vacuumed inside.they also did not shampoo the seats and I had to remind them twice because the first guy shook his head and said yes and than didn't do it. I'm not sure the brushes even touch the car inside just suds and water because there was still dirt on the outside. It was busy today and multiple people around me also had to have them reclean their car one guy had to grab a rag and do it himself. They didn't seem like mean or bad people just not very good at cleaning a car and they didn't speak English so there was a communication barrier and I'll probably have to get it done again somewhere else.
