“Norm's knowledge on their appliances was outstanding. We stuck the budget we had and found the right refrigerator for us. Now comes the day of delivery. The crew was thee... most professional group I've come across. They took the hydraulic pistons off the storm door, they also took the front door off as an added measure of safety. They reattached the water line for the ice maker. They took all the plastic and tape found inside the doors and compartments. The big box companies shy away from doing anything besides delivering the appliances. Stick with local businesses like Richmond Appliances. You cannot go wrong”

“This Best Buy experience turned out amazing. I caught a knowledgeable sales person who actually was helpful and explained me the differences between two products I was looking for. He steered me in the right direction and I came out happy. Way to go best buy. This sales person was nice caring and gave me the product for my needs. I love when people with knowledge about products say exactly what they think and not hold back. Whether the product sucks or the product is rocking I want to hear the truth instead of going back and forth to the store. I like sales person who don't hold back the truth. To my surprise this time best buy delivered beyond expectations. I really hope it was not a fluke. I will be back to test them out again. Please don't disappoint when I return for a visit.”

“My elderly mom and I were looking for flooring on a Tuesday night. Unlike the forest Ave location, none of the tiles were on display and worse there was not one person to help us except for one guy who was clearly busy loading items and operating a forklift. In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”
