I have had a unit here for over half a year now, and I've tried multiple locations before settling here. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, Victor in particular is an exemplary employee. He helped me find the perfect unit for me and still to this day is my go to person with any questions or concerns. Victor goes above and beyond and it'd be an understatement to say that he is the reason that customers like myself keep our units.

Expected NYC customer service. Fair prices, clean bathrooms! I can't remember any staff members' name but they're all professional and have a good time working.

It is now Storage Blue it is no longer American Self Storage they are renovating but are still open for business.

It's NOT American self storage anymore they were brought/changed to Storage Blue. Same staff but I believe late fees are different now

The process was made very simple and easy due to the knowledgable staff. Alex was friendly, considerate, and helped us out a lot. Brandon and Marcus were so easy to talk with and they helped us get an idea of what the process of moving would be like which eased our worries about our lives changing. We really appreciate the staff's time and care with our trust and our belongings. Thank you guys so much!

I rented a storage a unit from Victor today right I highly recommend this storage company Storage Blue to everybody who tries to get it the day our best customer service please try the store again. The company has changed from American Self storage to Storage Blue way better !!!!!
