I was the only one in the waiting room and I still was made to wait for about 40 minutes.

Long waits even though place is empty. Appointments take months and the receptionist acts like they can't answer phones or send referrals in a respectful time. They are sitting there doing nothing but talking for most part of the day. Unprofessional and I will seek a new doctors office due to this.
