I went today to this 7-11 I was really hungry but didn’t have that much money the employee show me all the deals they had and I had a nice meal with only 7 dollars please hire more people like this gentleman

The employees used to be very friendly & courteous but recently I’ve seen a shift in the quality of the service there.Two nights ago, I went to this store before I made my way home. It was a little out of my way. Mostly because I was on foot but I was starving.So I get there and the door is locked. There a 7/11 employee behind the counter that looks at me and points toward the front door. So naturally I look at the door and there’s a sign posted there.Closed for shift change. It’s a 7/11 for crying out loud. Ever heard the saying we never close like 7/11???The main thing about 7/11 is they’re always open. This guy closes so he can count out his register???The store either needs to make arrangements so the store remains open while this is going on. He can’t do that.Unreal. I changed my past assessment from 5 ⭐️ to just 1. Not cool!!!

To be honest the food wasn’t terrible but the service sucked. The guy named Jeremy is creapy Made me and my fiancé feel very uncomfortable. He was cracking inappropriate joke in a creepy way. The shelves were empty all the icy machines were empty everything was basically out of order and they didn’t have the brownies that I wanted.

I'm behind my wheel on daily basis and hotdogs are, sometimes, my only meal. Usually when I go there I always wait for them to deal with the line and only after to help me get a hot dog, because only the cashier or person behind counter can give it to you. Today being in a rush I grabbed 2 drinks and stand in front of the hotdog section waiting to be served. The 2 cashiers that were there did their best to show me attitude and ignore my presence there. When I asked for help again one of them came over looked at hotdogs and told me to wait he gotta check if they are ready, which they were because I know how a cooked hotdog looks like. Anyway he continued serving other customers even tho I was there for more than 10 minutes. Kept looking at me with the side of his eye and when I took the drink and put them back to leave he made it look like he wanted to help me. When I tell you they do that on purpose I mean it.It was no busy the second cashier would use the phone and have fun with customers the cashier that was "helping me" - same. Both of them rude and ignorant showing me attitude even tho I'm the nicest guy and I always wait and even tip. If I wasn't in a rush I would wait and go my way but today it made me understand how rude those guys are. If you wanna get gas and some food I'd recommend skipping this 7 eleven. Bad customer service, the hot section is barely refilled and the choice of products is small, if it's late hours it's Missing! Save yourself some nerves and skip this business.
