Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as good as everyone else’s. It was not ready when it was suppose to be. When it was finally ready for pick up. They had no light base for me, told me to come back in 3 weeks and when I received the crystal there were two scratches down the front of it

My mothers dog passed just after thanksgiving. The keychains and the 3D heart were perfect gifts. They’re even more beautiful in person. I cried with joy at the pickup. The design team has been exemplary. Kiara and Jonathan were amazing.
