My car was damaged while parked. After I just bought out my lease. After hearing about 12 Volt from two separate friends recommending them I decided to use them to fix my vehicle. This was one of the easiest claims I have had (shop-wise). They had my vehicle inspected by my insurance company and since it was driveable I kept my car till parts came in and then I dropped it off for repairs. The car was ready when they told me it would be. Never ran into any issues. Samatha kept me updated the whole time and was a pleasure to deal with. My car looks like it was never hit. I would use them again and would highly recommend them. I own a Lexus and was worried about which shop to use since they have so many sensors on the car, but if you check out their web page you can see they deal with a lot of high-end cars.

Joe and his team run a SUPER tight ship!
They got my Ferrari running as she should be just in time for a big charity car run. I am beyond grateful for the fantastic work these guys did. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it all in a couple of days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR EXOTIC CAR NEEDS!

My Subaru outback died wouldn't recognize the key and steering column locked. I took it to 12 Volt Doctor on the advice of a friend. Being that it was a weekend I was initially told it will take a few days for them to get to it. But Monday I got a call that all is fixed, they expeditiously diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very happy with the service.

Dropped off a vehicle to them after hearing some good things about them but it was a disaster from the very next day after dropping off my car for repairs, I came in for something minor and they ended up taking my interior apart and never put back together and a bunch of missing parts now and no one taking accountability for it. STAY AWAY

Great service, staff very nice if your mechanic can’t figure it out what’s wrong with your car this is the place to find out what’s the problem.
Don’t get scare to see many high end cars in the lot these guys are very reasonable with their prices

I walked in and asked if they can find a parasitic draw for a 2000 Mustang. They were kind but they said they dont service cars in 2000 anymore. I guess the Dr left the building.
