“We were introduced to Matt's Auto Body years ago after a fender bender. Their honesty and workmanship was outstanding. This week we had to return for a minor issue... a leak somewhere in the back hatch of my HONDA HRV causing water to pool in the spare tire wheel well. From Randi who answered the initial phone call to Mike who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to solve the mysterious leak service was excellent! I am 100% sure if I took this to the dealership I would have been taken for a financial ride for something according to Mike a simple fix! I had some miscommunication with the employee and got the wrong brakes. I came back to get the correct brakes. Turns out the correct brakes were a decent amount more expensive but they gave them to me without charging me and took the blame for our miscommunication. Outstanding customer service.”

“Amazing people work here. My battery had just been jumped started and I was told to go to Carquest which was right across the street. I had no idea it had been there since April 2023. I am selling my car and didn't want to spend a lot on a new battery. They quickly found one that would work with my car for $150. Not only that, one of the employees installed it for me right there in the parking lot. I didn't expect that at all. In any event, I'm going back to Carquest in Pleasant Valley (in the same plaza where the Public House is) for all my automotive needs!”
