Honestly, go to another location, this one is not worth your time. I am a Dollar Tree fan so I have been to many, and wow. First of all, its A MESS. I have been several times and its always the same. There's stuff thrown around everywhere, the checkouts are disorganized. For the life of me I will never understand the multiple spinning sunglasses displays in FRONT OF THE CHECKOUTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MAIN TRANSIT PATH OF THE STORE. Is there a manager in this place? There's just no way. Half the time they're out of what you need, they have a terrible selection. Seriously, go to another location.

Horrible horrible customer service. There was only one register open, the line began to get long because the cashier needed help with scanning a customer up. The manager decided he will open up and take card only, no cash back. He was a tall white man with glasses, he took a few customers and then went to help the cashier. He told me and another guy he was close. The customer behind me said i only have 1 item, So he took him. Meanwhile the customer was behind me and i was already waiting 15 mins. The manager basically took 3 whole customers after saying he was close to me, making a stating that “this is why i get paid the big bucks”. All of these customers were white of course. I literally had to wait for another cashier to open just so i can purchase my 5 items that the manager couldn’t ring up because he was fake closed, taking selective customers. Horrible horrible customer service and he should not be leading any team. He clearly can’t do his job the correct way without seeming like he is profiling customers.

I have never been to this Dollar Tree ? but the one in Stratford is the Greatest.

Most of the shelves were empty, it was very busy and there was only 2 checkouts open.

The people are nice working there but sometimes the store is very disorganized and messy. There's need to be more people checking customer out in line. Sometimes it's 10-12 deep with people in line, but nonetheless it's a low cost store with a lot of items

The sweetest, kindest young man at the checkout was so helpful. He didn’t move the fastest, but oh my goodness was he polite and considerate.A lot of entitled people expect their experience to be fast and seamless. This young man was moving at the best of his ability, but that didn’t stop others from complaing. He kept a great attitude the entire time and helped me complete my purchase.
