Carl is the best! I was visiting from out of town and my car battery died. It was 6pm on a Friday when I called Carl in a panic. He came immediately and jumped the battery so I could get some food. He came back the next morning with the exact battery needed. I really appreciate the care and thoughtfulness he took in replacing the battery. As he knew I was only visiting for the weekend, he brought baking soda with him to clean the battery acid off the old battery and the wires. Thanks Carl!

Fantastic shop. Carl has seen and heard it all! Every time we bring our car to him, he's able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Moreover, he's honest (blunt!) and fair, with a deadpan humor I look forward to every visit.
