“We have taken our Frenchy here several times in the last year. The care is wonderful, and the staff is caring, friendly, and extremely competent. Our fur baby is treated like one of their family and given all the attention he needs. Everything is explained in detail and we are even allowed in the examining room. A truly great place to bring your pet.”

“This is by far the best veterinary office I have ever had experience with. Today I had to have 32 teeth extracted from my Chihuahua’s mouth, and everybody involved was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. Dr. Cody did an amazing job with the extractions and following sutures. I received multiple calls throughout the day with updates. I was thoroughly explained all of my options, before ultimately deciding with Dr. Cody what was best for my furry baby. The final Invoice was less than the price they quoted me. 10 out of 10 would recommend!”

“I personally would like to thank Dr. Alden for taking our golden retriever Bear as her client. I spent thousands of dollars at another veterinarian office locally and when my dog had a problem they could not see him. He’s a larger dog and when he woke up in the morning, he could not walk on one of his legs. I called our veterinarian and their respond was they couldn’t see him that day, they were too booked up. Right away I started calling veterinarian offices and called Kingston Animal Hospital. Thank you very much Dr. Alden for seeing bear and taking care of him that day. It was something very simple. He just had an abscess inside of his paw. I’ve had a few emergencies with our dog and Dr. Alden has always been there for me. I will never use another veterinarian. I highly recommend Dr Alden. “Dr. Motler is an amazing veterinarian. My husband and I are parents to a 3 year old French Bulldog. Scarlette is everything to us and about 6 weeks ago we brought her to PVAH after being sent to over 5 doctors around NY state with what we thought was allergies. Dr. Motler discovered it was lymphoma. As devastating the news, Dr. Motler went to work to come up with the best plan of action that is within our power to maintain a good life for our Scarlette. Dr. Motler and her staff welcome us with open arms with every visit and Scarlette is happy and as healthy as she can be. What we like about Dr. Motler is she is straight to the point, honest and gives us real expectations. Dr. Motler understands how our Scarlette is no different than any other family member and is as compassionate about taking care of our Scarlette as we are about the love we have for our little girl. We truly are thankful to have finally found a veterinarian that cares so much for animals and the needs of their families.
