Visit Glassdoor.com and the BBB to see who KO Storage truly is. They fired all staff in the field and went with AI. They didn't care about people, they just want your money.
In response- there is no manager on site. Only maintenance person. They are not allowed to do anything related to the customers accounts or payments. This is why the office in staatsburg that once house the manager is up for lease.

This is our second time renting space at KO Storage. The prices are reasonable, the facility is clean and well maintained. I will rent there again if the need arises.

Whatever you do, do not store your stuff here. I am looking to get my things out as soon as possible. Every few months they send me a notice and raise the rent. They raise the rent 30% every 6 months. My rent has more than doubled and is higher than their on-line advertised rate by $50 which is 20% higher. So they charge there existing customers 20% more for being reliable. It is a trap. You store your stuff here and then they raise your rent. Plus there is no contact info available. No one answers the phone.

Josh, the regional manager who oversees the Hyde Park facility and quite a few others, is the most amazingly kind and conscientious person imaginable. He went above and beyond to help me move my things into a larger unit, and then helped me switch to a smaller unit as my needs changed. He offered me money-saving tips and helped make the stress of moving and life transition so much easier and better.

Josh was the most helpful guy you could meet when coming to difficult time pinches or last minute emergency fixes. 10/10 great place but if you call the main number with the call center be sure to ask for the site manager as they do hang up on you and leave you with no solution other than to talk to the local manager. Other than that josh saved the day.
