The only post office in the whole of Queens that has one clerk one register even though the line is out the door long. It never fails at this location, hire more people or close this horrible building down! Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I went here to mail out a birthday card. The supervisor helped me. She was very nice. I bought some stamps as well. I went in the middle of the day and there was less than a minute wait. Will return.

3 1/2 StarsUPDATE: 11/09/2023I'm a bit old school (Gen. X) and I use the post office weekly. I have three(3) children in college, and they say that every time they receive a package from home, it's like Christmas. I'd like to give a special Shout Out to one of my favorite Postal Workers, Shara(clerk 63), who's always helpful, friendly, and courteous. You get 5 stars, and the USPS gets a solid 4 stars overall. Thank you for your service, ma'am.

You have to schedule an appointment to do your passport application. Arrive 15mins prior and even then, you’ll be waiting for hours. Negative star -*

I believe in if you get good service write about it as well, not just the bad. I am very pleased with the service that I am receiving at this PO. The staff is very helpful and is never mean. Thanks for the great service and keep it up

Don’t take any passport appointments with these guys, they cancel your appointment every time. Imagine waiting 3 weeks for a appointment and they cancels it SMH.
