My experience at Tmobile was extremely well. Mr Steph welcomed me inside t-mobile before the closing time and he didn't turned me away because he saw that I needed help. On my way coming to the store I was not able to get to the location as soon as I could due my children with homework and somethings just have to be done. Mr steph Great customer service was helpful and compassionate excellent work and well done. I said good night and he acknowledged me. I said hello to another worker and she looked away and didn't acknowledge me i guess because i came in right before closing no eye contact but Steph got from the desk and assisted i respect thatso I thank Mr. Stephanie for his customer service he was helpful and he made my evening job well done keep up the great customer service all the best happy new years 2024.

Brianna was super helpful while assisting me and my sister. We came in to upgrade our phones. I left my old carrier to join T-Mobile. She made the whole process smoother than we expected it to be.

After going to 3 stores in a rainy Saturday this was my last stop. Idk why ppl at the other stores didn't want to help me I do know the young lady who assisted me here was professional and courteous and I would absolutely return.

Brianna and Hasan were the nicest when I came in looking for help with my phone. Most T-Mobile reps in other stores never seem to want to make the time or want to be bothered, but these two were so knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this location was a bit out of the way I will definitely be coming back here just for their help.

HASAN/HASAHN IS A HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE. For starters the store is basically empty low stock, there was a whole bunch of customers not being helped, Never in my life have I ever dealt with such racism, sexism, and disrespect. All the unhelped customers & HASAN had the time to try & ATTEMPT to embarrass and bully my friend & I about an odor in the store and assumed it was us and told us to get out… I refused and he began threatening to call the police. HASAN needs to be fireddd for real. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… I wish I had met this Ludzi the reviews raves about haha but yea never coming back here again sorry.

Hours needs to be updated. It's 3:35pm on Sunday Aug. 13th and they are closed. Multiple have come trying to get in only to see the door is locked.
