Extremely bad customer service. Bad management of agenda. I was sent from another office because Valerie was “the expert on my situation”, I did my appointment ahead and came at the time set, but Valerie was already busy and made me and my family to wait for almost 2 hours. Then, she decided to assist someone else that came behind us and whose appointment was one hour later than ours. I was very patient, but that last move was too disrespectful. Not recommended.
