I went to him directly and he immediately set up a service call to make sure all is functioning properly, not just the dryer itself, but the installation as well. But Ali made me feel comfortable and much more relaxed knowing my car was in good hands. He explains things patiently and is empathetic - as many times it is a very stressful situation you're in.I even had to do parent teacher conferences that day and with no way to get home, he let me use the office to sit for a few hours while my car was getting repaired.
