Everything about this bank and most chase banks are horrible. They make their own schedule so finding an open bank where you can use an atm is hit or miss.There's nothing convenient about this poor excuse of a financial institution.

This Chase has two teller windows and only 1.5 to 2 tellers working, try moving one of the atm machines and put on another teller so that you have 2.5 to 3 tellers taking care of your customers. You have one teller there that sits at the window talking to her coworkers when she should be taking care of customers if she at the window and the line is out the door by the atm machines.

Atm area closed after 5pm?? Forces foot traffic to use drive thru atm that barely works. Smh

There is a lack of professionalism at this location. I was not greeted till 45 mins later and was told I would have to wait an additional hour to be seen. This branch tends to be very slow at all times. Whether depositing money or trying open acct. They move like snails. It doesnt take you 1.5hrs to open an acct

This branch needs new management or better customer service reps. I must admit the gentlemen that spoke to us “tried” to help, but the staff were very dismissive.It’s bad enough many good black businesses are disappearing in our neighborhood it’s even worse to see our people not interested in helping each other.

Very disapointed about what they did to me the same week i m having funeral arrangements my Mom that s passed awayI deposited a check for $6000 a day beforeThe fund in my app shows the money was available and the teller refused to gave the amount that i wanted i saw him called someone that s may be a supervisor still refused to gave me the amount that i wanted she told me wait you could try toorowwthdraw $3000 in the atm and tomorrow you could witdrwaw the rest i did all of that and even the atm won t allowed me in the mean time she told me that (she s going to have someone called the bank)i waited a little while than iicalled the bank the automated serviceStated the fund is availableNow because of they errors i had to spend over 40 minutes and i had to wait the next day to wthdraw the amount that i wantedAnd after i mdone with representative i asked her (you told me you was going to call the bank for me did you do itShe told me she eas busy with other customersThis is what i went thru while i tried to make areangements for my mom funeral

As I sit here waiting for more than 40 mins. A bunch of workers walking back and forth doing nothing. The bank is empty and still I’m waiting. I won’t be back here. They lack in customer service!!!
