Everything about this bank and most chase banks are horrible. They make their own schedule so finding an open bank where you can use an atm is hit or miss.There's nothing convenient about this poor excuse of a financial institution.

Atm area closed after 5pm?? Forces foot traffic to use drive thru atm that barely works. Smh
