Very unprofessional. Washed my hair with a dollar store shampoo left my hair still soiled. They tried to braid my hair while soiled but o told them it isn’t washed properly. She said than just pay for wash. I refused to pay for a half wash than stylist locked doors n said I can’t leave. The washer was clueless about hair didn’t know how to wash & was rough rude n ignored questions I asked and hummed songs rather. I never felt so disrespected as a customer. Wouldn’t step foot near. Customers in there were young teeny boppers.Services: Hairstyling

BUT STYLEDBYDANNI331 is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY‼️‼️‼️ She took my money after booking with her Several of the weeks she didn’t do with hair she keep giving me different days when I look on ur IG she’s out enjoy ur self after taking my money without doing my hair ‼️‼️‼️. SHE DONT ANSWER MY CALLS OR MESSAGES! YALL PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH HER . SHES VERY VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! TRACY NEEDS TO GET RID OF HER FROM HER SHOP

This hair salon is by far the worst salon to go to if you want good customer service. I booked a braids appointment with Danielle McDonald, and She confirmed my appointment the day before. My appointment time was scheduled for 9am. The day of my appointment I received a text from her asking me to come at a later time I stressed to her that time isn’t gonna work for me I want to stick to my original appointment. I called her multiple times that morning and she didn’t answer not one call. I asked for a refund of my deposit instead of performing the service and she choose to ignore my texts and calls for three days. I had to go to the salon to get my deposit back. When I enter the salon the other workers decided to put they nose in places where they didn’t belonged. As a customer and a black woman at that, how can you treat your own people like that. Now I see why they had no clients when I walked into the shop. That’s broke gyal mentality.

This is a warning to all ladies who love their real hair. If you love your hair PLEASE DO NOT! go to this salon. They are unprofessional and they are NOT license to do hair I wish I knew this before I go. I did a relaxer there and the lady literally tore my hair out, she did not comb my hair out to detangle it before she put the relaxer in and I had lots of new growth, my hair was a hot mess! When I walked out of the salon! Because of this I will do my own hair from now on. How can you put a relaxer in a client hair before combing it out to make sure it was detangled and she didn't even section my hair. If I could give zero star I would. I walked in the salon with waist lengthen hair and when she was done my hair was tangled because she didn't comb through my hair, I walked out with shoulder length hair, oh and she let the relaxer sit on my hair that was previously relaxed, a professional would never do that everyone know you only apply relaxer to new growth!..Ladies if you love your hair please do NOT go there!Service: Hairstyling

I made an appointment and these ppl are unprofessional had me waiting a hr and a half for my makeup to be done they talk more than they actually work and I ended up walking out on these women. And the women need to take care of themselves they looked raggedy and that’s bad for business made me second guess myself from going inside because their IG made everything look better than in person.

Great job on doing my makeup, it was my first time ever getting a makeover so it was a new and different experience for me. She was accommodating and open to my opinions if i was unsure or didn't like something. So always speak up! She even let me get dressed at her place since I was running late. Their availability was a plus as all the other makeup places like Sephora and MAC were already booked weeks or months in advance. But she was available for me at the right day and time I needed. My makeup was a hit! Everyone loved it! The location is very convenient too!

Very professional and top class styles. I am very picky and when I walk out of beauty by kiss I have no complaints. I don't touch my hair, I am always runway ready. It's is rare to find the skill AND professionalism in one hairdresser and I have found all of it and then some in Tracy, she is amazing!
