I plan on opening an account this week. The comments are old and people do change jobs. I pray the customer service has changed from 1 year or more ago. This branch would be close to home for my banking needs.

Banks Manager Kimberly is very kind and professional attentive and professional the staff is friendly and work hard to get you in and out the security guard is polite and helpful 5 stars. Love coming here for help when necessary.

Went to bank of America at 205 St. And Linden Blvd on Wednesday morning went in the bank saw two reps standing a man and a woman. I greeted them by saying good morning. they didn't answer believing that they didn't heard me the first time I said to them again good morning they looked me straight in my face and they never answered me. so I walked away and was going towards the teller's counter both of them started chuckling and was talking about me as if I weren't there I'm a costumer in that bank for years. They were so rude I felt so humiliated on my way out I stopped and told the security guard what happened he was nice he apologized for what I've just been through I mean those two were very rude. I'm 65 yrs old and they treated me as if I was one of their kids. They have no costumer service skills and if they're managerial skills they need to send them to anger management class so rude.

The bank manager Kim is special. Probably the first bank manager I have come across who ensures the bank caters to every client that walks through the door. She is on the frontlines, speaking with clients , assisting them and directing them to her colleagues and ensuring they get good quality service. She is a gem BOA.

I think a lot of ppl life would be easier if they did online banking. I recently was inquiring about their services and they swiftly took me to the back and addressed my needs. The bank manager Kim is super attentive and knows customers by name. That speaks volumes. Yes the lines get long but ppl need to realize that places are cutting down and can’t hire that many staff. Learn to get direct deposit, deposit Cheques on your phone and use atm. Your life would be easier

Very disgusted with bank of america. I deposited a bank of america check in my account. They placed a hold on my check cause they think it is fake. Mind you the company that sent the check is a major company and also has its business account with BoA. I had the company call BoA and verify that the check is real. BOA said everything is verified but we still have to hold the money. I NEED THIS MONEY TO PAY MY BILLS!!! When I asked to make a formal complaint they said their is nobody over the customer service manager I can speak to. THIS COMPANY SUCKS! U GUYS ARE HOLDING UP CUSTOMERS MONEY!

I wish there was an option for NO star! Staff in this branch are horrendous. They would not open the branch 1 second early but will not hesitate to open more than 3 minutes late. Has really bad attitude. Also they are not helpful at all. When you ask for help, especially the ones behind the teller line become really rude. Before you can even finish questioning, they will be "referring" you to the desk, where only one person works and there is this big customer line out of the door at alllllll times! Last time in this branch! Never go to this branch!

Tellers are behind thick bullet proof windows, but there seems to be no care for the safety of customers. The line forms so close to counter that everyone can hear what transactions you're making. There were no withdrawal slips available for me to provide at least some discretness when withdrawaling a large amount. Instead , I had to verbally tell the cashier, with about 10 strangers behind me that without a doubt overheard me. To make matters worse, the teller handed me the money with no envelope and expected me to walk out the bank like that. The whole thing felt like a set up. I don't think I will be returning to this branch anytime soon.
