poor costumer service. The tanning bed doesn't even work properly. After I informed the worker about the bulbs out and fans not working she told me "well now you know for next time" just absolutely rude! especially them charging more than $30 for a week to tan! i will be going to zoom tan for the $34.99 a month instead of that!

I'm from out of town and wanted to get a workout in and was told about Springville Health and Fitness. From an outsider's perspective this place is a wonderful independent gym. Plenty of machines for each part of the body, dumbbell weights up to 100lbs, full cardio room with at least 20 different machines between treadmills, bike machines and rowing machines. Incredibly friendly staff as well, I never felt even slightly out of place. Did I mention it's only 5 dollars for a day pass? Definitely an amazing price if your visiting from out of town or just want to try out a gym for the first time. So if you're like me and in town and need a gym to go to come here it'll be worth it.

Sooo clean, often quiet, never waited to use a piece of equipment, helpful staff, great classes. Love the kettlebell/trx section.

I love this gym, it’s always so clean and the staff are so friendly. I’m always able to access any equipment I want, and the classes are so fun! The manager Ashley is always so nice, helpful, and available for any questions you have.
