This place is terrible. I went in and they instantly starred to harass me and my friends due to are age they accused us of vandalizing the stores and when then when asked for prove they just kicked us out

Jennifer at the register is always pleasant, and goes off her way to help me. A valued employee.Katie in pharmacy also very helpful when I have questions even when she is very busy. Great attitude

I wish, I was paying more attention, because this Pharmacist helped me out went in today on a walk in appt.because i lost my COVID card.I was in and out in 15min, with a vaccine and a new card.Thank you so much Rite Aide, and to the Pharmacist that was working at 1:15pm on 8-6-23, thank you so much for helping me

My care at Springville Rite Aid was exceptional !! Between Sandy, assistant manager and Josie manager. The product I did not see on the shelves was ordered. Besides that, Sandy drove to Eden Rite Aid store and .picked it up for me . I had it the same day!! Caring service!! 5 stars.

I have used this pharmacy for almost 20 years now & have found staff very professional. And all trained with vaccinations are able to give them with no pain or burning. Thanks for all of you being helpful, too!

Drove 8 miles in supposed winter storm to find pharmacy closed due to weather, Crosby open burger King open and country fair open I guess fast food and grocery more important than diabetes meds

I will never go there ever again. My husband needed an antibiotic right away after a Dr visit and had been in and out of the hospital with an infection. Since we were going right by we thought we would have it sent to Rite Aid Springville. We got there and they had no pharmacist! I didn’t even think they could legally be open!! They said to see if we could get it at another Rite Aid….. not possible since the pharmacist has to transfer it….. SO we called our Dr and had another script sent to our regular pharmacy. Can you imagine my surprise when they said it had been filled and could not bill insurance. We tried to see if Rite Aid could “back it out” so that it could be filled and they said no…. No staff was capable of doing that. I am calling my insurance company tomorrow to find out if they billed it. The girl at counter told me she saw the script but that it was not filled! My regular pharmacist called insurance and they said it was!!! This is illegal!!! They made it so it is impossible to get the meds filled…. If I can’t get it straightened out the I will have to pay over $200 out of pocket since it is a necessity!!!!! Like I said…. I will NEVER go there again and I hope they have to answer to someone!
