Ken at the Springville, NY Lowes is fantastic! We had to purchase a new refrigerator and he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and pointed us in the direction of refrigerators that best fit our need. Delivery was quick and the warranty plan is worth the $! Thank you Ken!!!!

My husband purchased a log splitter.it was supposed to be delivered today between 11a and 3pm.we have a place in delevan so we went to Springville lowes.we spent 4 hours waiting.we called and they told us it wasn't even assembled yet.it won't be for 2 days.they were supposed to call us but never did.my husband went and canceled the order.no apologies,nothing.they said they would refund us.very disappointed .they wasted our time.wheres customer service?

I just had about the most disappointing interaction at my local store. The local group was great. I tried to return something that was well past corporates arbitrary deadline to return a product.
The local group inspected the product I was returning. The box had never been open, as a matter of fact, the plastic security banding was still in place. The box was in like new condition and it was still an active SKU in their system.
They were willing to accept it to put back on the shelf to resell as it was an item that, if unused, was still able to be sold as new.
One small problem. Even with the GM trying to do an override, corporates system wouldn't allow it.
Now, if the box had been deteriorated in any way. If the box had even been opened. If the SKU was no longer an active SKU. All of that, I would have accepted them not accepting the return.
But all of that wasn't true. As a matter of fact, I've bought product off the shelf that was new that was in worse condition than what I was trying to return.
I've spent tens of thousands of dollars with Lowes just over the last 5 years, and I can promise you, I will be looking to buy more from Ace and Home Depot moving forward.
Again local store was great, but if they can't provide better customer service because of arbitrary corporate rules THEY DON'T AGREE WITH why should I give them my money?

Ordered 4 peices of flooring. Got an email they would be delivered. Had extra staff come in to receive the items that never showed. Called to find out the flooring was in. We came to pick it up just to find out they left it all on one roll and it's my problem to cut it. Order shows 4 separate peices. I got one roll. Not happy.

If you don't want customers calling to ask about your hours on a holiday , change your blurp that says holiday may affect hours on your website. Also remember to hang up the phone before you complain that it's another person calling about the hours. Also the road speed limit signs are what the police go by, not what your phone speed limit says for North Collins just an FYI per the conversation you had with fellow employees when you were done complaining about people calling about your store hours. Do you really think we would call to talk to you, if the hours were clearly stated on the website????
