I absolutely love this dealership !! Everyone I’ve ever met with has made a drastic dedication in making sure I get what I asked for or am pleased with the results. There was never any “pushing” in any of the departments and if I had a question, I was shown and explained to in the best mannerism possible. All departments, especially sales - will always take constructive criticism to ensure the next experience is not only great - but amazing ! I’ve learned so much in the process and am glad to have worked with everyone involved ! No other place I’d rather go to !

The service that I’ve had at this dealership is the worst, not to mention they passed my vehicle for inspection with a hole in the frame. Now I’ll bet that the dmv would love to. Hear about this, maybe I’ll get ahold of them and let’s see what happens!

Half asked work, unprofessional, will lie to make a sale. Look up Better business bureau, and read the review's. Make sure everything they tell you is on paper. Read your contracts very carefully before signing. Will never buy from here again. The sales lady was nice, but unfortunately we paid for things this brand new dodge truck doesn’t have. And they told us Oh WELL. So everyone who reads this READ AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CONTRACTS BEFORE YOU SEAL THE DEAL.

Don’t trust Adam, he lies what comes on the truck to make a sale. He made promises that the dealership can back up and he even shook on it. I was even trying to call them for months and leave voice mail and no answers till today. General Manager told me I was this product that came on the truck came with it but not really. So did my truck come with resistall? We will never know. Emerling GM Richard also told me before he didn’t have time to talk to me even though he told me to call the next day.
Just another thing to add, the GM then changed the subject and started to complain that I did not have a voice mail set up my phone but I didn’t know a dealership had a say if I had my voicemail set up on my own person cell phone. It’s my phone and my choice to have one set up and they don’t even know the reason why I don’t have one set up.
Maybe they should check their voice mails because I left plenty of voice mails that was never return just like the other person reviewing.
Few months ago when I brought up issue the the GM. He said to make a list of issues and concerns with the truck and give him a call back the next day. Called and got ignored. I left a message. Then call next day and the GM told me that he did not have time for me anymore. I don’t know what type of dealership that and running but don’t believe their commercials on the radio.
