I'm in my 30s and a born and raised Texan, however, a piece of my heart resides in Springville and it's where I've spent all my childhood summers. Crosby's, formerly EZ Shop, was my favorite place to frequent as a child and is still my go to. Their pizza is amazing, and the staff is always friendly. My kids and husband love when we visit from Tx and get pizza from Crosbys. I have and will continue to recommend.

The Crosby in springville ny made me 2 pizza Tuesday deal and I told them to cut the pizza in Squares and they didn't and the pizza was Burnt and all they said is they only going to give me 2 slices for free but I paid for 2 LG pizza it's not fair I should get 2 LG pizza for free not 2 slices this make me mad but I love the food there

Came in for my 8am coffee earlier and apparently one of your employees decided to take a video of my receipt and posted it online to snapchat or something. Normally thos wouldn't be an issue, however I used my croabys rewards card and my email and phone number were on the receipt.

If they had fountain drinks I would come every day! The Crosby's app has coupons for fountain drinks we can't use. Please update your website with your real hours- it says you are open a full hour later and I couldn't get a garbage sticker.

I bought snickers ice cream, a box of eggo waffles and a single resees ice cream, recently but on separate occasions and it was all freezer burnt and disgusting!!! Waffles hard as bricks and disgusting ice cream and it's all so over priced i shouldnt have to worry about that!!!

Not really sure what the employees' problems are, but they are the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Darci should hire people older and more mature to deal with the high volume of customers at the store. Someone with manners. “I'm sorry, we are out of that tonight†would have been the correct response. Not “No†and then turn around like I annoyed you. Someone who has the motivation to actually work would be nice. But this was completely unacceptable. After tonight, I will not be back to buy anything from this store, but I will be back to speak with the manager.
